The Website www.textrics.ai and Textrics ("Textrics") services are owned and operated by "Apsidata Solutions Pvt. Ltd." ("we" or "us"). Your ("you", "You", "Your") use of the website and the Textrics services are subjected to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service"). Please read this terms of service agreement carefully . By accessing or using our website or Textrics service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to all the terms of service without modification, conditions, or notices. If you do not agree to these terms, exit this page and do not access o r use the website or the Textrics service. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies and websites not under the control of Textrics or to individuals that Textrics does not employ or manage.
You promise that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Textrics. You may only use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations. We can’t and won’t be responsible for your using the Services in a way that breaks the law.
1. Attribution
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Fees & Services
- 2.1 Textrics offers a range of services at different tiers of pricing, to cater to needs of different types of entities and / or their usage levels of Textrics. Please review the plans carefully before subscribing. Change in subscription or cancellation may not be allowed.
- 2.2 Textrics may change its fee structure and/or provide an upgrade service at any time with notice, in which case new rates will be in effect as of the next renewal period. To register for the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing Textrics with current, complete and accurate information as required by the registration form.
- 2.3 You agree to immediately notify Textrics of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you. You agree to let Textrics use your organization’s logo in its customer list and at other places on its website (including but not limited to www.Textrics.com).
- 2.4 Anyone getting access to paid services of Textrics is referred to as the “Client”. The Client agrees to pay money for requested services using interface on Textrics website. All payment for usage will need to be made at the time of subscribing to any of the plans. The billing is automatic and recurring. The subscription will renew after 24 hours from the end date of subscription, unless textrics a product by Apsidata Solutions Pvt. Ltd. the user cancels the subscription from the dashboard. Textrics will keep a secure record of the credit card details to process the automatic renewal of subsc ription. Please write to support@textrics.com for any questions or concerns.
- 2.5 In case of termination requested by the Client, Textrics reserves the right to recover any unpaid dues before terminating the account of the Client. In case of termination requested during the active subscription period, no refunds will be made for the residual period / use of subscription.
- 2.6 A case of a request for a service of a higher priced service than previously sought (given the previously sought service was not free) by Client is treated as a case of termination + starting usage of a higher price service. The residual amount from the previous plan will be calculated on a proportionate basis and adjusted in the service fee of
3. Indemnification
- 3.1 You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Textrics.com, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, at your expense, from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, proceedings, and suits and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Textrics Service, and the website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
4. Third Parties
- 4.1 If you allow a third party access to the Service through your account, you shall ensure that said third party is bound by and abides by the terms of this Agreement. All provisions in this Agreement, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and proprietary rights, are applicable to the Third Party.
5. Disclaimer or Warranties
- 5.1 The Textrics Service is provided “as is”. The Textrics and its contractors hereby disclaim al l warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non -infringement. textrics a product by Apsidata Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- 5.2 Neither The Textrics nor its contractors make any warranty that the Client, Serv ice, or website will be error free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
- 5.3 You understand that the use of The Textrics Service, and the website is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation Of Liability
Textrics, Inc. will not be liable to you or any third -party claimant for any indirect, special, punitive, consequential (including, without limitation, lost profits or lost data collected through the service and/or use of Textrics.com), or incidental damages, whether based on a claim or action of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, indemnity or contribution, or otherwise, even if possible client, the has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Service Levels
- 7.1 Textrics.com does not guarantee the Service will be operable at all times or during any down time, including but not limited to Internet Service Provider outages, equipment failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure.
- 7.2 Proprietary Rights Notice: The Service, which includes but is not limited to all intellectually property rights in the Service, will always be the property of Textrics. You may use the Textrics Service subject to acceptance of these Terms of Service.
- 7.3 You will not, nor will you, allow any third party to reverse engineer and/or create derivatives of the Textrics products and services, using any method possible. You will not, nor will you allow any third party to, modify Textrics or Textrics Services in any way. You will use Textrics.com solely for your use and will not make the Textrics available for any type of external service such as, but not limited to, an application service provider.
- 7.4 You may not access the Textrics services if you are a competitor, except with prior written consent from Textrics. In addition, you may not access the services for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competiti ve purposes.
8. API Services
- 8.1 API LICENSE: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Term and upon specific request, Textrics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable license to access and use the selected proprietary Application Programming Interface solely to implement, integrate and use the Textrics Services for personal or internal business purposes.
- 8.2 API KEY: Textrics makes the API available to you electronically, requiring a Textrics API Key for you to access the services. As a condition of receipt and use, of this Key it is acknowledged that API key is to be kept private. It may not be shared or otherwise disclosed to third parties. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to protect this API Key. You also acknowledge that you will not create multiple accounts to get multiple API Keys at any time and under whatever circumstances.
- 8.3 API RESTRICTIONS: Provision of the Textrics Service is conditioned upon Custome r”s proper use of the Textrics API . Except as expressly authorized under this Agreement, Customer may not:
- - Copy, rent, lease, sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, disassemble, reverse engineer, create derivative works, decompile, modify, adapt or alter any part of the Textrics API.
- - Use the Textrics API on behalf of any third party or otherwise make the API available over a network where it could be used by others.
- - Create multiple accounts and/or use multiple API Keys.
- - Publish information obtained through use of the API.
- - Use the Product to reproduce copyrighted material.
- - Use the Textrics API to disable, interfere with, or override Textrics Services in a manner that bypasses this Agreement or the API Key registration process, including but not limited to; proxy servers, spiders, robots or other technology.
- - Use the Textrics API in any manner that violates any laws directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
The Textrics.com Team may terminate the Service and/or website access at any time and for any reason without notice. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your service, you may simply stop using the Service or stop accessing the website. However, alth ough this agreement may terminate between the Textrics.com Team and you, some provisions of this Agreement shall still be in effect, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and proprietary rights.
Modifications:
The Textrics.com Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Textrics.com or access to t he Textrics.com website following the changes in these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Miscellaneous:
Textrics.com shall be excused from performance hereunder to the extent that performance is prevented, delayed or obstructed by causes beyo nd its reasonable control. This Terms of Service Agreement represents the complete agreement between you and Textrics.com concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between the parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed to the extent necessary to make it enforceable to the maximum extent possible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Terms of Service Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Terms of Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of India without reference to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rule s, and regulations, and Indian law, rules, and regulations, Indian law, rules, and regulations shall prevail and govern. Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. A waiver of any default is not a waiver of any subsequent default. You may not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights hereunder without Textrics.com prior written consent and any such attempt is void. The relationship between Textrics.com and you is not one of a legal partnership relationship, but is one of independent contractors. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and assigns of the parties hereto. the higher plan sought. No account credits or refunds will be made in case of moving from a higher to a lower plan.
